Dodge City Community College is requesting sealed bid proposals for DC3 Rodeo Barn Indoor Riding Arena-Spray Foam Insulation. Dodge City Community College has an off-campus location at 911 Matt Down Lane that houses our college rodeo team, the barn that holds the indoor riding arena needs insulated to allow extended use in the winter months. 250' x 80' indoor riding arena 20-foot walls Open cell foam Minimum 5 inches thick on a roof deck. Minimum 3 inches thick on walls. Please bid the roof and walls as separate bid options as such option (1) one the walls; option (2) two the roof. Estimated Start date of Project.
