The products concerned by this tender are: Sodium hypochlorite, PASS 10, PAX-XL6, PAX-XL8, hydrated lime, activated carbon, Sodium silicate N, Chlorine gas, Sodium hydroxide (caustic soda). Is eligible to bid, any firm having obtained the tender document directly through the electronic tendering system, following the publication of the tender. According to various conditions established in the call for tenders document, the Union of Quebec Municipalities reserves the right to reject the tenders. It does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any of the tenders presented. The Union of Municipalities of Quebec incurs no obligation towards the bidders. The supply of goods or services must comply with the specifications of these specifications. The estimated annual quantities, to which the tender document refers, only serve as a guide as to the appreciation of an order of magnitude of the supply of goods or services covered by the specifications. These quantities do not in any way bind the Union of Quebec Municipalities, the participating municipalities and intermunicipal boards. The contractor must provide sufficient quantities of goods or services according to the real needs of the participants. These quantities may be lower or higher than the estimated annual quantities given in the tender document.
