The quantities displayed above are estimates. Contractors are encouraged, but not required to submit bids on Bid Alternative 1. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The Town of Morrisville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The Contractor shall commence the Work on the commencement date specified in a written order of the Owner (the “Notice to Proceed”).
