Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Newton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Catawba County (hereinafter "County") is requesting bids from qualified Contractor(s) to asphalt a 300-foot x 50-foot area at the Blackburn Resource and Recovery Facility, Located on Rocky Ford Road (S.R.2019) in Catawba County, North Carolina. The County is requesting asphalt paving for an area that will be used as an unloading spot for customers. The area currently has ABC Gravel installed. Contractor will be required to shape stone and roll with a vibratory roller prior to asphalt placement. Additional stone needed will be supplied by the County. The project consists of setting up base and placing a 2" binder course, followed by a 2" surface course.
