LA-MSID reserves the right to retain all bids, or to use any ideas in a bid, whether or not that bid is selected. There is no implied obligation for LA-MSID to reimburse responding firms for any expenses in development of their bid. In the event litigation occurs as a result of a contract between a bidder and LA-MSID, the prevailing party shall be awarded all attorneys' fees and costs associated with said litigation. LA-MSID reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids with or without cause, or terminate the process or to award the bids on a split-order by item number when applicable.
