**As of November 15, 2022, project was awarded to Vercetti Enterprises , awarded amount is $884,421.41** J. Robert Dean Water Treatment Facility K2 Building Upgrades The FKAA reserves the right to reject all Submittals where the FKAA deems rejection to be in its best interest, or to reject any Bid/Proposal not in compliance with the specifications. The FKAA reserves the right to waive any informalities and irregularities in said Submittals. Bid Bond 5% The proposed Project generally consists of removal and replacement of the roof exterior panels; removal and replacement of gable wall ends with cold formed steel framing, sheathing, and exterior finishing meeting the requirements of current building code; replacement of vents, louver, and windows that are not rated for hurricanes; sealing building envelope for sources of leakage; repair of concrete canopy and seal of expansion joint repair system; installation of fluid applied deck coating on existing concrete canopy roof deck; repair of spalling at base of columns; repair to structural steel and ancillary grouting of exterior steel column bases; sealing of existing glass block windows with either concrete block or impact rated windows; addition of hurricane-rated ventilation system/backdraft damper; and repairs to existing flashing. All of which shall be constructed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications.
