The City of Wentzville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Asphalt Project which consists of a 2-Inch mill and overlay of Pearce Blvd, Saint Charles St, Birch St, North Church St, West Koenig St, West Maple St, Blumhoff Ave, North Elm St, Carr St, North Talley St, North McRoberts St, Locust St, Wilson St, Cherry St, East Koenig St. Additional work will include partial depth pavement repairs, curb and gutter replacement, and pavement markings. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 9/9/2022 12:55:00 AM (ET) liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars ($700.00) for each calendar day of delay past the Available for Use (Substantial Completion) date as notified by the City, plus Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each calendar day
