Question Cuttoff Date & Time 9/9/2022 12:55:00 AM (ET) liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars ($700.00) for each calendar day of delay past the Available for Use (Substantial Completion) date as notified by the City, plus Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each calendar day
