Project has been awarded to: General Contract Award – LB Industries, Inc. $495,509.85 Electrical Contract Award – Diefenderfer Electric Contractors, Inc. $214,393.80 Clarification Deadline: 9/20/2022 4:00 PM The project is titled Kline's Island Wastewater Treatment Plant Effluent Disinfection System Improvements and will consist of two contracts: General Construction Electrical Construction Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form) or certified check for ten percent of the Bid total. It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum of (5) years experience and at least (10) completed projects of similar nature to the Work required by this Project. The Lehigh County Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
