The work to be done under this Contract consists of provision and payment for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, pumping, water, light, heat, power, transportation, supervision, field engineering, testing, temporary construction, taxes, and all other services and facilities necessary to execute the work and to complete the project in every respect and as shown on the drawings and/or specified herein
