**As of September 20, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded this week. ** Pine Meadows Golf Course Construction - Holes #8 and #9. Removing Bunker Sand: The sand shall be removed from all existing bunkers and can be either used as fill for tees or stockpiled as indicated by the G.C.A. or G.C.S 4.2. Shaping: 4.2.1. Using paint and a spray-gun supplied by the Contractor, the G.C.A. shall spray the outline of the new or existing sand bunker to be rebuilt. 4.2.2. The G.C.A. shall provide a sketch of the sand bunker showing elevations inside and outside the bunker, and a proposed sand line inside the bunker. 4.2.3. The Contractor may be required to place fill material for the Shaper. 4.2.4. The Shaper shall shape the bunker according to the sketch of the G.C.A. 4.2.5. The Shaper shall then get approval of the rough grade of the bunker by the G.C.A. before any topsoil is placed around the bunker and before any drainage is installed. 4.2.6. The Shaper shall try to ensure most areas around the bunkers can be mowable by a riding machine.
