Reference number : 1639775 Review Title : Paving work on rue du Boisé and rue des Cosmos Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-19 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Sainte-Mélanie (Lanaudière) is soliciting tenders for the paving of two residential streets located within its urban perimeter. Tender documents can be obtained on the public tender site www.seao.ca from August 31, 2022. Only tenders prepared on the official documents provided for this purpose by the Municipality of Sainte-Mélanie and obtained on the www.seao.ca site will be considered. As bid security, bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond for an amount equivalent to 10% of the amount of the bid, valid for ninety (90) days from from the date of the opening of tenders, issued by an insurance company or a financial institution authorized to stand surety under the specific laws governing them, which maintains sufficient assets in Québec to meet the object of the obligation and who is domiciled in Canada. The Municipality of Sainte-Mélanie does not undertake to accept the lowest tender, nor any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation, nor any costs of any kind, towards the tenderer(s). In addition, the Municipality reserves the right to have only part of the work carried out or to have the work carried out only on part of the roads indicated in the tender documents. Bid Bond 10% is required.
