Reference number : 1637967 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-12 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Saint-Valérien requires tenders for the awarding of a contract for the following work: Supply and installation of MG20 and bituminous mix over 600m (Route Centrale) Reloading of the shoulders (Central Road) Supply and installation of asphalt over 110m (Rue Roy) Supply and installation of bituminous coating on the foundation of the municipal skating rink Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and it cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. The activities and quantities present in the schedule represent estimates and may differ during the performance of the contract. *Award is subject to final approval.
