Site work and renovation of a parking garage in Saint-Remi, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the City municipal garage. The scope of the project includes the conversion of the lighting system to LED equipment, installation of a automated barrier, repairs of fences and redevelopment of the building areas to create a new warehouse. The scope of work also includes exterior work providing for parking upgrades and grassy areas development. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints the owner reduced the project budget in the City's 2026-2028 three-year capital expenditure program below $250 thousand and allocated other previously planned amounts to a later period. The project will be followed if/when it proceed to a design stage. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
