Reference number : 1700402 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-22 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Saint-Rémi wishes to retain the Services of a Service Provider for the Rehabilitation of roads, curbs and sidewalks 2023 on the territory of the City of Saint-Rémi. For any questions, Bidders are invited to communicate by email with the undersigned, by March 27, 2023 before 10:00 a.m. ( jtherrien@ville.saint-remi.qc.ca ). The Bidder must include in its Bid a certified cheque, money order or bank draft drawn on a financial institution and payable to the City of Saint-Rémi or a Bid bond issued by a financial institution in the amount of ten one hundred (10%) of the total Bid (before taxes). The Bidder must also include a letter of commitment from a financial institution or an insurance company doing business in Quebec, certifying that a work performance bond will be issued in favor of the City of Saint-Rémi. Everything must be in accordance with the call for tenders document. The City of Saint-Rémi does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the Tenders received, nor to incur any costs of any kind towards the Tenderer(s).
