Site work and paving for a civil project in Saint-Remi, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the main City street Notre-Dame. The scope of the project includes the complete repair of municipal services aimed at the separation of a section of a combined sewer with the construction of a new storm water network, burying of public service equipment, repairs of the roadway including the urban redevelopment of Route 209 over an approximate length of 1.5 km. TIMELINE: Working drawings are being finalized. Owner expects to complete the project by construction packages starting 2025 and issuing separate tenders for package contractors. Completion of the project is expected in fall 2027.
