Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1. The descriptions for each alternate listed in the schedule are primarily scope definitions, and do not necessarily detail the full range of materials and processes needed to complete the work as required. 2. Refer to applicable specification sections (Division 2 through 16), and to applicable drawings, for specific requirements of the work, regardless of whether references are so noted in description of each alternative. 3. Coordinate pertinent related work and modify surrounding work as required to properly integrate the work under each Alternate, and to provide the complete construction required by Contract Documents. 4. Referenced sections of specifications stipulate pertinent requirements for products and methods to achieve the work stipulated under each Alternate. Test, adjust, and balance the following: 1. HVAC Pumps. 2. Boilers. 3. Terminal Heat Transfer Units. 4. Air Terminal Units. 5. Air Inlets and Outlets. 6. Airflow measuring stations.
