Renovation of an educational facility in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project will include renovations to Glass Hall 229, 231, 232, and 233 to create space for the Housing and Interior Design (HID) and Merchandising and Fashion Design (MFD) departments to relocate from the Park Central Office Building (PCOB). The scope will consist of creating three computer lab classrooms for HID, MFD, and one for ACC (Accounting). It will also include creating a sample library, storage space, and a display window for HID, and a sewing lab and display window for MFD. Award of Contract: November 16, 2022 MBE/WBE/SDVE Percentage Goal: The Bidder shall have as a goal subcontracting not less than ten percent (10%) MBE, five percent (5%) WBE, and three percent (3%) SDVE of the awarded Agreement price for Work to be performed.
