SCOPE OF WORK: BASE BID: The Work Consists Of: Muck existing roadway material to 8” depth, install Tensar Geogrid soil stabilizer, 6” of GABC Base Course, 2” Hot Mixed Asphalt Surface Course for a length of 3650 feet. Quantities for this project are approximately 9,005 square yards of 6” Graded Aggregate Base Course; 9,005 square yards of Tensar Geogrid Soil Stabilizer;8,187 square yards of Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course Type C (200 lbs./square yard); Contractor to maintain 2% slope on roadway;Shoulder dressing and seeding; 46 Raised Pavement Markings; 1 ThermoPlastic Stop Bar; 50 feet yellow double center line(fast drying paint) The work performed under this Contract shall include, but may not be limited to: the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services, whether specifically mentioned or not, that is required to complete the Construction of the Work of the project. THIS IS A NON-ENGINEERED PROJECT. All requirements of the State of South Carolina and all pertinent administrative regulations shall apply to this project as if herein written out in full. Project Funding: Funding for this project will be Georgetown County SC Road User Fees (local funds). This is a lump sum bid.
