BIDDERS must submit a price for each Scenario described in the Price Schedule. At the opening of the Tenders, the PUBLIC BODY selects, at its sole discretion, the Award Scenario that best meets its needs and its budgetary constraints and awards the Contract to the TENDERER who has proposed the lowest price for the award scenario retained by the PUBLIC BODY. Unless otherwise decided by the PARTIES in accordance with the Contract, the Works must be carried out according to the following Schedule: Start of the start of the Works: from the end of October 2022 Date of receipt of the Works with reservations: at no later than 2023-03-20 Date of receipt of the Works without reservation: no later than 2023-03-31 Bid-Result Scenario 01 ATWILL-MORIN GROUP INC.-$896,735.00 Scenario 02 GROUPE ATWILL-MORIN INC.-$1 238 250.00
