The project is being funded by a NYSEFC WIIA Grant and DWSRF loan and includes one plumbing and one HVAC contract. The project consists of work including, but not limited to: construction of plumbing and HVAC systems in a new water treatment plant including, but not necessarily limited to, mechanicals, piping, and controls. The project will be constructed under one plumbing contract and one HVAC contract. The project consists of work including, but not limited to: construction of plumbing and HVAC systems in a new water treatment plant including, but not necessarily limited to, mechanicals, piping, and controls. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Addenda, if any, will be issued only to those companies whose name and address are on record with Cedarwood as having obtained the Contract Documents. Bids will only be considered by contractors who have registered with Cedarwood. Late bids by mail, courier or in person will be refused. The Town of Essex will not accept any bid or proposal which is not delivered to the Town by the date and time indicated.
