The Service Shall Consist of Segregating, Removing, Hauling, and Disposal of All Eligible Construction and Demolition Debris, Vegetative Debris, Regulated Asbestos Containing Material, Household Hazardous Waste Debris, White Goods Debris, Electronic Waste Debris, Small Engine Equipment, and Debris From Drainage Ways Within All Road Rights-of-Way and Public Areas Within Unincorporated Areas of St. Martin Parish, (Excluding State Highways), as a Result of Declared Disasters. 1. BID BOND: A "Bid Guarantee" in the amount of $1,000.00, made payable to the St. Martin Parish Government, consisting of a firm commitment, such as a bid bond, certified check, or other negotiable instrument, shall accompany each proposal as assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of his proposal, execute such contractual documents as may be required and within the time specified. Only the Proposals of Those Qualified in Debris Removal Management and Operations Will Be Considered. The Proposers shall be able to provide a list of previous similar projects with references where he has provided such services, when requested. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received and to award said proposals in the best interest of the Owner.
