337600P002A-001 Any prospective contractor (bidder) requesting an interpretation of existing specifications of terms and conditions must do so in writing by September 19, 2022 by 4 PM, addressed to James Keast at the Holliston Facilities Department, 1750 Washington Street, Holliston, MA 01746 or via email to James Keast at: keastj@holliston.k12.ma.us The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing approximate 120 foot by 37 foot concrete driveway at the Central Street Fire Station located at 59 Central Street in Holliston, MA. This project includes removal and the replacement of the existing ADA entrance ramp, with railings, and restoration of a trench drain that runs along a portion of the driveway. There is a 7 foot sidewalk at the base of the driveway running parallel to Central Street that will also need to be removed and replaced. The southern edge of the sidewalk at the intersection of the crosswalk at Central Street will require the installation of a steel warning plate that will be supplied by the Town. There are two manhole covers in the driveway that service a tight tank for the building. These covers will be retained and installed in the new driveway. The concrete and brick risers may need some repair. Concrete slab is to be 7" thick and utilize 3,500 psi concrete.
