Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. This contract is for the supply and delivery of plant materials. The Contractor will be responsible to supply, deliver, and unload the plants only. The Owner will be responsible for installation and maintenance of the plants. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
