The property is located approximately 0.75 miles south of the MDOT Motor Vehicle Administration along Winchester Road. To access the site, cross the existing concrete bridge over Winchester Run. Currently, 16 singlewide mobile homes are located on the property. Five (5) of the singlewide mobile homes are still occupied, Lots CC, OO, UU, BBB, and ZZZ. Except for CC, all of the occupied singlewide mobile homes will be relocated. This means 12 singlewide mobile homes, including the one at Lot CC, will need to be demolished. All residents will be moved from the property as of mid-September 2022. Work may begin even if the remaining four (4) mobile homes haven't been moved from the site, though existing roadways need to remain intact until all four (4) mobile homes have been transported off the property by others.
