The scope of work for the public improvement project consists of and is limited to: Phase 1 site improvements for Linn County Secondary Roads District #1 Shop. Phase 1 work will include minor demo and clearing and grubbing. Improvements will include topsoil stripping and placement of site cut/fill (earthwork), installation of storm sewer, storm intakes, and roof drain tile, and construction of a detention basin with outlet structure and necessary armoring. Site Improvements will include placing macadam stone for drive and construction entrance. Temporary and Permanent Erosion Control will also be included in this package.
