Site work and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in Red Bay, Alabama. Completed plans call for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.
***As of October 26, 2022. Project has been awarded to Shoals Electric Company but award amount is not available. The City of Red Bay is accepting sealed bids to replace all traffic lights with new, led traffic lights and new control systems. The traffic lights must be consistent in color and style based upon particular traffic requirements at each intersection location. The lights are located at the four intersections located on Alabama Hwy. 19, also referred to as Main Street, Red Bay (4th Avenue). Bids will be accepted only from insured Alabama state licensed contractors with International Municipal Signal Association Certification. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications as required by the Alabama Department of Transportation. Contact mayor Charlene Fancher with questions and/or inquiries at 256-356-4473. The City of Red Bay reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
