"City" or "Owner") is requesting sealed bids for the construction of the Sunset Access Road and Park Project. Access road improvements are being funded by a Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Recreation Access grant and all other improvements are being funded with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. The project scope consists of asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, masonry, restroom construction, lighting installation, stormwater upgrades, and other items necessary for the completion of the work, from the entrance off Delphine Avenue to the top of the park at 300 N.
