This PWGSC provides procurement services to the public in both official languages of Canada. Trade Agreement: CFTA Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), requires the supply and delivery of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown, building J10, located in Oromocto, New Brunswick. Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers must be delivered to locations within 5 CDSB Gagetown. There is no security associated with the requirement. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price on the group of items will be recommended for issuance of a contract. The supplier MUST be compliant with Annex Statement of Requirement and Annex Basis of Payment. A completed basis of payment must be submitted electronically for evaluation. Suppliers that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Amendments, when issued, will be available on GETS. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all amendments issued prior to closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the bid and contract documents.
