The objective for this Statement of Work (SOW) is to provide all management, materials, labor and equipment necessary for the renovation of Building 2410 located at Fort Bliss, TX. The objective is to provide housing for students on a new THAAD training mission and provide a better environment for the occupants that will last for the next several years. The project requires the contractor to repair/replace the R-22 water chilling machine (WCM), air-cooled condensing unit, interconnecting refrigeration piping, primary and secondary chilled water pumps, secondary chilled water variable speed drive, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) building automation system (BAS) control, upgrade controls on existing fan coil units and dedicated outside air system (DOAS) rooftop air handling unit, bathroom exhaust fans and return air grilles. In addition, contractor will provide repair/replace architectural improvements as described within this SOW. All equipment or work to be performed shall be installed and selected in accordance with Base Installation Guidelines. This effort includes but not limited to all necessary architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical efforts as required. The Contractor's efforts shall comply with specifications and requirements referenced herein. The project requirements and technical criteria cited within this SOW establishes the minimum standards for construction quality. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
