Bids shall be prepared in accordance with specifications outlined in Request for Bid. Bids will then be evaluated, with awards subsequently to be made by Birmingham Public Schools. No immediate decision will be rendered. Request for Bid documents may be contained in more than one electronic file. It is bidder's responsibility to register as a vendor in order to access and download all pertinent documents related to a particular Bid. Request for Bid change notifications, such as addendums, will be electronically sent to this email address. The successful bidder shall be required to enter into a contract with Birmingham Public Schools. The successful bidder shall pay all taxes required by law.
