The City is accepting proposals to support its annual requirements for ad-hoc heating, ventilation and air conditioning ("HVAC") service at municipally owned and operated buildings to be performed on an as needed basis as requested by the City or its Board of Education for the period through September 30, 2024. The successful bidder shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, gender, or national origin. The Contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
