Renovation of a municipal facility in Saginaw, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Complete replacement of existing Liebert system to be converted to (3) mini- split style systems. Evaporators to be mounted inside the server room and condensers to be roof mounted. *Must include 5 years of bi-annual maintenance and all warranty information. Propose to furnish and install the following: Mitsubishi PUY-A42NKA7 (Outdoor Unit) with PCA-A42KA7-TH (Indoor Unit) Quantity of 3 Units. Units are good for cooling to -40 deg. F. *Alternate manufacturers may be considered All Units ... 3.5 Ton Capacity Each. 14/4 control wire between indoor and outdoor units. Refrigerant Line Sets. Units Stands leveled out on the roof. Deck - Tite Roof Flashings for each penetration. Condensate Drains. Include All Electrical Wiring. Demo and Removal of the existing equipment. Permits Taxes and Insurances. Bids should include explanations of the contractor recommended HVAC system and fixtures to be installed and any supporting materials. If any unforeseen issues shall arise that will incur any additional charges above the proposal amount, work shall cease, and changes must be negotiated and approved between the contractor and representatives of the Saginaw Public School District.
