Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mactier, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remove existing unit ventilators complete with old outdoor louvers, ductwork, thermostats, disconnect from existing control, power supply and install new unit ventilators complete with new duct sleeves, louvers, wooden trims around the units, new individual unit control. Re-connect new unit ventilators to the existing power circuits, extend wiring as required. Install new HRV unit for the Administration Areas complete with ductwork, diffuser, grilles and control. Provide new electrical circuits for new HRV unit system. Install new electrical radiant heating ceiling panels completed with control, wiring provide new electrical panel. Perform any other work required by this contract. This is to be done at MacTier Public School, located at 398 High Street, MacTier, ON and is to start approximately March 31, 2023 and end August 20, 2023.
