The 2022 capital budget allocation is $54,445.00, which is less than half the bid amount. Staff recommends that the Committee recommend to the Common Council rejection of the bid for this project. Staff will continue to investigate options for this needed storm sewer repair. Located in the Pheasant Branch Nature Preserve See site map. Rehabilitation of approximately 90 feet of 36 inch Corrugated Metal Pipe utilizing CIPP pipe lining. This pipe has one end at a 24 ft deep manhole and the termination point of the pipe being at the Pheasant Branch Creek, water depth 12-14 inches.
