Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Altoona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes exterior recoating of the existing 500,000 gallon single pedestal spheroid in the Estates at River Prairie Subdivision in the City of Altoona. This includes replacement of two (2) existing logos in their current form. A 5% bid security is required. The Work to be done under this contract consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and regulatory requirements necessary to prepare and overcoat the exterior of the City of Altoona Water Tower #2 located within the Estates at River Prairie Subdivision. The tower is a 500,000 gallon single pedestal spheroid approximately 160 feet tall from the ground line to the top hatch. Contractor shall note that this work also includes repainting of the two (2) existing logos, in their current form. Colors of record for the logos and tower are: AA20 Crystalline 35GR Black 06SF Safety Red If the original colors are no longer available, the Contractor shall submit a substitute for review by the City
