Renovation of a multi-residential development in Altoona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25-unit multi-residential development.
The City is seeking a solar design and installation partner to design and install the 40 kW solar array. The City is the recipient of an Energy Independence Grant Program grant to partially fund the project and all project work shall be completed consistent with the requirements stipulated in Exhibit B, Attached hereto, Special Provisions Relating to Work Funded Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Please make special note of the Buy American and wage rate provisions. The City of Altoona is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide complete turnkey design and installation services of a 40 kW ac solar photovoltaic (PV) system at Solis Circle, a city-owned 25-unit affordable housing facility located at 1511 Devney Drive, Altoona, WI. The solar array will be installed on the facility's south-facing roof (please refer to Exhibit A). We are inviting firms to submit their qualifications to become part of the project team.
