Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Stewiacke, Nova Scotia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
* Project was cancelled, and re-tender anticipates in next fiscal year. The Town of Stewiacke invites qualified contractors to provide quotations for the design, supply of labour, materials and equipment for construction of a shade structure that will be located in the Town of Stewiacke's community park, Dennis Park. The shade structure will be in the format of a gazebo or pavilion and will be approximately 50 feet in length by 50 feet in width. The shade structure will complement the parks newly constructed splash pad that will provide a place for users to sit and rest as well as seek shelter from various weather conditions while at the park using the parks amenities. Note: The town already has a concrete base in place for the base of the shade structure, the successful proponent would only be required to build the shade structure.
