Site work for a civil project in Traverse City, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed Bids will be received by EAST BAY CHARTER TOWNSHIP at 1965 NORTH THREE MILE ROAD, RAVERSE CITY, MICHIGAN 49696, for the following approximate quantities of work: 1. Install a 6-inch water service lead from the existing 12-inch municipal water main, located on the south side of the road, north into the site. 2. Install a 6-inch live tap and valve. 3. Install a 6-inch water meter and meter pit. 4. Connect to the existing onsite 6-inch water lines. 5. Abandon existing onsite well. 6. Install a 2-inch backflow prevention device. 7. Restoration. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a construction schedule and a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to East Bay Charter Township, as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. EAST BAY CHARTER TOWNSHIP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
