The City of Manassas is soliciting bids for: Rehabilitate Runway 16L-34R & Associated Taxiways; Rehabilitate Runway 16L-34R Lighting at Manassas Regional Airport. The work includes rehabilitation of the taxiway asphalt pavement, shoulder grading, replacement of the taxiway edge lighting, signage, and other work as described. 5% Bid Bond: YES 100% Payment Bond: YES 100% Performance Bond: YES The period of the Contract shall be for three hundred and two (302) calendar days (Phase #1: 73 calendar days inclusive of one weekend closure; 30-day cure between phases; Phase #2: 20 nights). There will be a one hundred and eighty (180) day administrative period prior to construction. Interim durations for all construction work areas as defined in the General Provisions, Section 80-08, Sheets GC100-104, and GC- 500-503, shall also apply. AIP DESIGN PROJECT NO. 3-51-0030-047-2020
