The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is inviting proposals for the services of a qualified consultant and appropriate sub-consultants where necessary with expertise in project management, public consultation, master/development planning, community needs/business feasibility assessments, design coordination, and construction costing and valuation. The Consultant will be tasked with developing recommendations for final scope and subsequent direction concerning a proposed public-private partnership to redevelop the Downtown Chatham Centre, located at 100 King Street West, Chatham ("DCC"). Recommendations will consider a review of documentation to-date, identified risks, public comments, and operational and business feasibility. The Consultant will further be tasked with evaluating the value for taxpayer investment in comparison with alternative procurement methods.
