This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a complete single traction elevator modernization at 2730 Ness Avenue, Winnipeg, MB as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFP Contact" will be:

Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the site visit. If proponents are not available to attend the above scheduled optional site visit, but still wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the RFP Contact. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, the Owner's representatives or other third parties at the Site Visit unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.
