Renovation of an educational facility in Highland Heights, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Northern Kentucky University is seeking a Contractor to provide all materials, labor, tools, supervision, and equipment required to perform a complete breakdown, servicing, sealing, and drift eliminator replacement, (15mil), fill media replacement (10mil) and collector replacement of six (6) Tower Tech TTGE - 061975 Cooling Towers to be performed shortly after the contract is awarded. Deadline for Written Questions Noon Eastern Time on 9/8/2022 A 5% bid bond is required with submission of this ITB. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for work arising from this ITB.
