Northern Kentucky University is seeking a contractor to provide and install Total of 4 - 77 AMP (6 Fans)7.5 HP 460 volt 3ph variable frequency drives. DESCRIPTION A. This specification is to cover a complete Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) consisting of a pulse width modulated (PWM) inverter designed for use with both asynchronous and permanent magnet motors. B. The drive manufacturer shall supply the drive and all necessary options as specified. All drives installed on this project shall be from the same manufacturer and have a common user interface (control panel). Drives that are manufactured or supplied by a third party and “brand labeled” are not acceptable. C. List of Drives for Bid: 1. Total of 4 – 77 AMP (6 Fans)7.5 HP 460 volt 3ph drives
