Site work for a water / sewer project in Hebron, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes replacing the pipes in the Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 parking garages, as well replacing specific inlets noted on the plans, and replacing the existing pipes on the Terminal Bridge as noted in the contracted documents. The project also includes additional drainage and applying a coating to existing inlets to extend life of inlets in the garage. Bidders shall provide a Proposal Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total main bid amount as specified. The successful bidder shall provide Payment and Performance Bonds by a surety company duly authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids, to award or refrain from awarding a contract for the work, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified responsible bidder to such extent as may be beneficial to the Owner.
