As of July 2, 2024, per owner project is complete. Engineer/contractor have been identified. The Boone County Parks Department is seeking a qualified vendor to design a playground area for the County. The playground, Giles-Conrad, is located at 7500 River Road, Hebron, KY 41048. The Parks Department is looking to add an additional playground to the park. Question Submission Deadline:November 15, 2022, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline:November 16, 2022, 5:00pm Late, hand delivered (paper), emailed or facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened online at the time listed above. Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any proposal or to accept that proposal which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations, even though such proposal may not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after scheduled time of receipt of proposals. Awarded to: DWA Recreation The Boone County Fiscal Court is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
