The Osage Nation is seeking Proposals for a contractor to perform demolition work on existing building located at 316 East Main St., Pawhuska, OK This is a turnkey project, progress payments will not be provided. All materials shall be submitted for owner approval prior to ordering materials. The contractor shall be responsible for any permits that apply. Termination of electric service at meter/pole. Gas line at service meter location. Cap plumbing at elevation. Locate, expose and seal the sewer line. All building components, concrete building slab, walkways footings, electrical conduit, bollards, railings, and small out building will be removed and properly disposed of. All service lines shall be terminated at elevation and flagged/marked for future identification. All debris will be removed and disposed of by the contractor daily. The contractor will be responsible for making sure there are no low areas where water can stand. The contractor will be responsible for bring in any dirt for fill and make sure it is left in a mow-able condition. All work must be approved by Tribal Development Manager or representative. All construction materials are to be provided by the contractor.
