County Line Road/State Route 14 Sewer Extension Project Includes: 966 L.F. of 12" Sanitary Sewer PVC SDR 26 1208 L.F. of 12" Sanitary Sewer, PVC SDR 35 456 L.F. of 8" Sanitary Sewer, PVC SDR 35 79 L.F. of 24" Diameter Steel Casing Bore 11 Sanitary Manholes All proposals shall be sealed and endorsed for the City of Columbiana County Line Road/State Route 14 Sewer Extension Project and addressed to Mr. Lance Willard, City Manager, at the address shown above and either hand delivered or received by mail prior to the opening date and time. The bidders may be required to give references and such other detailed information as will enable the owner to judge responsibility, experience, skill, and financial standing. Bids from contractors inexperienced in this particular type of work will not be awarded a contract. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Columbiana County and the City of Columbiana, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services Wage and Hour Division at 614-644-2239. Each Bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
