Site work for a communication facility in Beachwood, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
Cycle I- Kinsman Tower Rehabilitation - 1. The existing two million-gallon elevated steel tank shall have the coatings removed on the outside of the bowl, steel repaired, surface properly prepared and re-coated. All of the metal shall have a SSPC-SP-10 Near-White Blast Cleaning. The bare metal shall then be vacuumed, wiped with a cloth, stripe coat all welds and seams by brush, and then coated with a multilayer coating system as specified in Section 09 90 00, Coatings. 2. Repaint the exterior of the tank. 3. Install OSHA compliant temporary painting rigging. 4. Repair/replace grout around the legs and inlet pipe. 5. Reconstruct or repair the overflow outlets at Kinsman Water Tower. 6. Reattachment of AMR equipment to the tower. 7. Replace cathodic protection. The scope of the entire Site improvement includes, but is not limited to: 1. Additions of new or replacement equipment, instrumentation, wiring, other devices, and appurtenances. 2. Environmental, safety and health regulations compliance. 3. Removal of existing coatings. 4. Surface preparation and coating of tank with specified coatings. 5. Repair/replace grout around the legs and inlet pipe.
