Beachwood City School District Request for Statement of Qualifications for Owners Rep Services The Beachwood City School District Board of Education (District) wishes to obtain a statement of qualifications from owners representative and consulting firms (OR) to advocate on behalf of the District during specific phases of the Elementary Facilities Project (Project). The evaluation of the statement of qualifications will be based on the following: competence of the firm to perform the required services as indicated by the technical training, education, and experience of the firms personnel, especially the technical training, education, and experience of the employees within the firm who would be assigned to perform the services; ability in terms of workload and availability of qualified personnel to perform the work competently and expeditiously; experience of the firm in providing OR services to public school districts; past performance of the firm as reflected by the evaluations of previous clients with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and meeting of deadlines; prior positive experience working with the District; and such other relevant factors as determined by the District.
