Renovation of a conference / convention center in Palm Springs, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Replace all HID indirect flood lighting fixtures with new LEDs (non-dimming) and controls. Replace all fluorescent fixtures with LED fixtures. All color temperatures to be neutral white -4,000 Kelvin. All hallway fixtures to be non-dimming. All lights in Mesquite and Smoketree rooms to be dimmable by zone. Project to include associated wall controllers for each partitioned area. Project to include one (1) System Management Station Computer Touchscreen with Custom LiteTalk Software. Project is included in the City of Palm Springs' FY 2022-2023 Budget CIP. As of September 13, 2022, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Funding is anticipated in 2022/2023.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
